- species and strain / breeder
- organ and observation, preferable according to the DevTox nomenclature presented on this Web site
- any further remark on the finding presented (i.e. a "figure legend"), perhaps mentioning whether it is a spontaneous or induced lesion, age of the fetus or pup, or other relevant information
- source of the image: company/institute, department, name of the supplier (and an indication, whether this information should be displayed; this information will be handled with greatest security)
- optional: severity (slight, medium, high)
- optional: classification according to "Malformation" or "Variation"
- optional: control images are also welcomed
